Distyl AI develops production-grade AI systems to power core operational workflows for Fortune 500 companies. Powered by a strategic partnership with OpenAI, software accelerators developed in-house, and deep enterprise AI expertise, we give our customers working AI systems with rapid time to value - within a quarter.

We are not just pushing the frontier of AI forward - we are creating the future of AI-powered enterprises.
Distyl is led by proven leaders from top companies like Palantir and Apple. We are VC backed by Coatue, Dell Technologies Capital, leaders like Nat Friedman (Former CEO of Github) and Brad Gerstner (Founder and CEO of Altimeter), and board members of over a dozen F500s.
What We Are Looking For
As an AI Strategist, you will be the project lead for customer engagements. In collaboration with a technical lead, you’ll drive a motivated team of engineers and researchers focused on solving our customers' most critical problems. Your mission is to own business outcomes, ensure that the project team creates value for the customer, and earn customer trust. You will be responsible for the entire customer engagement from start to finish.
In a typical engagement, you will begin by understanding customer problems and desired outcomes. With this context, you will embed yourself in the complex workflows of our customers, to identify opportunities where AI can solve pain points. After scoping a meaningful project, you will lead your team to ensure that we deliver a system with high quality and model accuracy. Because we care about driving real value, your engagement doesn’t stop with delivery of the system - you are also responsible for driving user adoption and iterating to make sure this product is valuable to the end user.
This role requires a curious and analytical approach, the ability to identify valuable problems to solve, strong intuition for product development, and a deep commitment to customer success.
